In this place lies all of my laments and cries about you. The ear of the four corners of this place knows how much deeply scarred I’ve been because of you leaving. In this place, I found comfort and solitude through their heartbreak playlist that I can totally relate. In this place, I discovered people who’ll support me so that I will never feel alone. In this place, is where I finally realized that I should totally free you…
to let you go.
We are in the business of denying ourselves
I hope that word can heal all the wounded parts of me that’s been hurt by your sharp tongue and flowery lies.
UPDATES, UPDATES! So, for your information guys… I am still alive and kicking! Sorry for abandoning my blog for awhile because I am making the most of my remaining summer vacation (summer classes will start on Monday and we have 7am class. 7 freaking am!!!!) and another reason is that our internet acted lulzzz for 2 weeks and the globe team acted as if they’re in the moon. We have to call them several times and finally after 2 friggin weeks, we have our net back.
Anyway, as my come back post… Let me share to you how I spent my summer so far.
1) Occidental Mindoro (March 13-17, 2013)
As what I’ve mentioned in this post, we had an unexpected trip to the province because of my grandma’s death. After her interment, our family took advantage of our times there and had our stroll in the beautiful beaches, spontaneous island hopping, non-stop eating (sea foods and freshly fishes straight from the fisherman’s net to the grill) and picnics (wherein we ate in the banana leaves and shells! yay!). Also one of the most adorable things that happened there is that I got to bond with my cousins and cutie nieces and nephew! Heck are those absences, twas worth it!
2) Outing with mom’s co-teachers at Paradise Adventure Camp and Resort. (March 26, 2013)
So basically, I don’t have anything to share about this day because as you can see, it’s my mom and her co-teacher’s event and there are no one to bond with who’s in my age except the 13y/o goddaughter of mom and my brother. I pretty much just babysat them. Lol. The only consolation in that day is that there are no other people except us in the whole resort so we own the whole place! Lol. We swam our hearts out under the scorching sun. Yep… tanned.
3) Swimming with my college friends at Ciudad Christhia Resort 9 Waves, San Mateo Rizal. (April 6, 2013)
Recently, my friends and I together with ze boyfriend packed our bags and went to a sweet escape (before summer class start) in San Mateo, Rizal. It was supposed to be in a beach but to no avail. It was also supposed to be in a resort somewhere in Pansol, Laguna but then again, to no avail. Another and the last supposed to be is that we are originally 13 but then again, to no avail. Some didn’t managed to join because of personal matters. But all in all, we had a nice night! 9 waves is such a great place! We totally enjoyed the jacuzzi and the legit waves! Lol. Our deepest gratitude to my Hanibunch, Hesi for making all those possible and for being the punong abala. Also to her dad! Hee. :”>
That’s pretty much my summer so far and I hope there will be more spontaneous events when the summer class starts! Here’s to hoping that we will not spend the last days of summer dealing with school works!
How I celebrated the start of my remaining teenage year.
To celebrate our 39th month, we (ze bf and I) decided to have a lunch date. Took a break from the usual fast foods like Mcdo, Jollibee and the like and tried Adobo Connection!
When we got there, there are just like 6 customers so we really felt that we owned the whole place! Heh. The restaurant has its own unique and well-designed interior with the touch of Filipino style. The furniture consists of mostly wooden chairs and tables, the reason why whole restaurant has a cozy and suburban feel.
Their menu is consist of nothing but Adobo and I love how they became so creative that even the pasta is Adobo flavor! I ordered Sweet Chicken Adobo (99.00PHP/105.00PHP with drinks) and the boyfriend ordered Mixed Fried Adobo (99.00PHP/115.00PHP with drinks). Both are unli rice and consists of 2 chicken/pork. I swear your bucks will not be put to waste because their foods are delicious! So delicious that when we got home we still can taste it in our mouths. Heh! Can’t wait to try their other foods in the menu soon!
So if you want to have a comfortable and a fun-eating experince, try this restaurant! My overall rating? 8/10! :-)
